Manor of Holderness alias Eastgate Barnes” The Monastery of Bury St Edmunds is also mentioned which existed from the 14

century, possibly even earlier.
The sale price was an absolutely breathtaking “
Two thousand and seven hundred pounds of lawfull money of England”
Which on today’s conversion according to Historical Conversion of Currency, University of Wyoming is now in 2022 equivalent to

Plus the tag length, wax seal missing.
Condition: Good, no holes, slight faintness on a few of the fold lines but still eligible. Rear of the document ancient storage marks on one fold

Sadly it apparently has now they believe, been possibly totally destroyed “
Now occupied by Sugar Beet factory, extent of destruction unknown”
