Description
1793 Land Grant Signed by Thomas Mifflin Governor of Pennsylvania and signer of the Constitution. The grant is to Jacob Spangler for 400 acres in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for land North of the Ohio River, Allegheny & Conowango Creek. Bounded on the East by the Allegheny River. The document measures about 8" by 13 7/8" unfolded and is in good condition as shown, with some wear and soiling. Also signed by Henry Beck and Deputy Surveyor Alexander Dowell. A great rare historic document. Will be shipped folded as shown in the photos, because that it the way it had been stored when I acquired it.
