    Description

    Exceptional, clean example of beautiful Calligraphy  on this hand written Indenture measuring  28" X 22" Prepared to secure two new trustees and lease agreements on behalf of Baroness Ferdinandina Houlton for the property known as Farley Castle, its Lands and tenements in the County of Somerset, England.  The Houlton family originally built this castle around 1686 from the stones that were used to build the original "Farleigh Hungerford Castle" which was built back in 1370's.
    This indenture has dates ranging from 1833 to 1891 along with the New Trustees Wax Seals and Consular Service Stamp Document Fees. This is just begging to be framed!
    This will be gently folded along original lines so that it can be shipped at a reasonable cost.
