Bristol: To The Constables of The Town Of Taunton In Same County or any Of Them Greeting  You are required in The Name of Massachusetts Forthwith To Assemble The Inhabitants of Your Town Duly Qualified According to Law & Signify To Them To Return 4 Good & Lawful Men of Your Town ( OF A GOOD MORAL CHARACTER ) To Serve on The Court Of Common Pleas at The Next Court of The General Sessions of The Peace For 1 Year At Taunton On The Monday Next Preceding The 3rd Tuesday  At The Several Courts Of The General Sessions of The Peace  Next. Which Persons so Chosen You are Warned to Attend The Service at Taunton Aforesaid on he Monday Preceding The 3rd Tuesday Of April Next  Which Person So Chosen You Are To Summon To Warn To Attend The Service of The sd Courts Viz THE GRAND JURORS  & Four Men For The Petit Jurors &  Make Return of This Writ With Your Doings Therein The Name  of Person so Chosen unto The Clerks Office 4 Days Before The Opening of sd Courts.
