This is a true thrift store treasure! These pages appear to be part of one or more Christian manuscripts.
The first pamphlet is titled “The Thorvaldsen Gallery of Christ and His Apostles”. This includes prints of Thorvaldsen’s famous statues of Jesus and the 12 Apostles. (8 pages; double-sided)
A print “The Light of the World” by Holman Hunt
Another manuscript titled “The Hofman Gallery of Original New Testament Illustrations”. These are black & white prints from the gospels. (12 pages; double-sided)
The Lord’s Prayer print in color.
Parables from the bible in color. These have blank protection pages over each picture. Some of these are double-sided. (9 illustrations)
As you can see from the pictures, these old manuscripts are in rough shape. They are faded, dry and ripped on the edges, stained and no longer bound. Send me a message if you want more pictures.
