DALĀ'IL AL‑KHAYYIRĀT
(Guide to Good Deeds). This is one of the most famous books of prayer in Islamic literature.
86 leaves (172 pages); 11 lines to a page
; in clear and handsome naskhi script, in black ink.  There are three decorative headings in gild and two miniature sketches depicting Mecca and Medina in gold and other colors.  There are ten strips of gold indicating the various prayers.
Undated, but most likely from the early nineteenth century
Size: 12 x 18.7 cm. Recent cloth binding.
Opening page is repaired with a few letters missing, last leaf is missing, minor edge stains.
Still a very good copy.
