The pin shows the roof scenes with silhouettes of Mary Poppins, Jane, Michael seen from the back. Mary Poppins stands ready for take off with her umbrella and bag, the other three each have a chimney brush. The background is the sky over London filled with chimneys, In the blue sky above is written "Mary Poppins, 55th Anniversary". On top of the last letter "NS" is her hat as a pin-on-pin element.
