It looks like a music sheet with a Ursula icon cut-out in the middle. There's 2 eels on each side of the cut-out on the Under The Sea music sheet. It opens up to show Ariel under the sea with her friends Flounder  Sebastian amongst other sea creatures.
A must have for any Beauty & the Beast and/or Disney Cast Exclusive Music To My Ears pins.
