Enameled Cloisonne Peacock Belt Buckle, possibly Bolo Tie Slide?

Gorgeous enameled peacock belt buckle! The buckle style on the back reminds me a bit of a bolo tie slide, but it's probably too large for that. Measures 3" x 2 3/8". Buckle on the back measures 1" x 3/8".
