Estate Found WWI 50-50 The Job of Beating Up the Hun Over There Poem Poster
    Description
This is an attractive estate found original WWI poster designed by artist Gordon Grant circa 1918. The poster depicts two soldiers and the poem:
"The job of beating up the Hun, which I've been at, my lad, would still be far from finished "over there." But Fritz saw you were ready and he shouted Kamerad!" So don't you worry son, you did your share."
This poster, along with more than 70 others, all came out of a single estate of a pharmacy owner in Massachusetts. The descendants of the original owner of Swift's Pharmacy indicated that the pharmacist, who was sent all of those posters during wartime, apparently never hung most of them up. Over the next few days we will have all of the posters available in our eBay store.
