    Thomas Lewindon and Joseph Huller to John Crips} Release of Inheritance of an Estate in Aston Tirrold - Jan. 16th, 1773.
    This Indenture of the parts made this Sixteenth Day of January in the thirteenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain, France and Ireland, King Defender of the faith, and so forth, And in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and Seventy three Between Thomas Lewindon of Aston Tirroto in the County of Berks, Yeoman, Eldest Son and heir at Law of Richard Lewindon, late of Aston Tirroto, aforesaid yeoman deceased, of the first part, Joseph Huller of Aston Tirrold, aforesaid Gentleman of the second part, and John Crips of Aston Tirroto, aforesaid yeoman of the third part......
    Antique vellum indenture in excellent condition. Large manuscript. Measures approx. 21 1/2 x 32 inches, folded to 6 1/2 x 11 1/4 inches. Bears official rubberstamps and wax seals, including Shilling Sixpence tax stamp. Signed by Thomas Lewindon and Joseph Huller at foot. Docketed at verso and signed by William Harris and John Keate.
