Mixed Media Painting by Native American Artist Navajo Anthony Chee Emerson.  The three white horses have an extra layer of textured paint that creates a 3D image, might be horse hair that is painted to create texture.
This was purchased in a shrink wrap but removed for photographing purposes. It is attached to foam board by the 4 corner protectors. Was never framed so its in new condition.
