    These were purchased at an electronics wholesale company liquidation earlier this year, and they were brand new in a huge unmarked bag.  We packaged them in heavy Ziplok bags for resale.  We do not know the manufacturer, but the quality is superb, with close dimensional tolerances and no burrs whatsoever.
