Koranic Selections and Other Prayers Manuscript.  A complete manuscript with 77 leaves (154 pages). The Koran begins with Chpter 6 (Surat al-An`am).  The Koranic selections end in Chapter 114 (Suran an-Nas) followed by the first Chapter (Surat al-Fatihah). This part occupies folio 1b – folio 56b. The selections are followed by prayers, mainly in Arabic with a few in Ottman Turkish, folio 57a – 77a. These pages include the
al-Asma’ al-Husna
(the most beautiful names of God), folio 64b – 65b, and the names of the Prophet Muhammad, folio 69a – 71b.
Size:  11.3 x 16.4 cm.  The entire manuscript is written in
naskhī
script
, in black ink; verses and other sententences are marked by red circles.
There is a beautifully reprocation in the opening page in red.
The manuscript is nicely bound in cloth. In very good condition. Undated but most likely from the early nineteenth century.
