    Description

    One Antique Islamic Koran manuscript leaf - Ottoman Era. Prior manuscript dealer dated this leaf specifically to 1754. Handwritten in black Naskh script. in early-to-middle 1800's. Polished paper with five surrounding borders including fine gold border with virtually no flaking. This leaf is in good condition. Note especially the seven multi-colored pie-shaped medallions within the text. Leaf measures 4 1/4" x 6 1/4".
