    Description

    Original WWI Navy Recruiting Poster issued just before US entry into the war, I would date this 1915.  Size 22"x28", very good condition overall, pretty remarkable survival for a WWI poster. See image of back also.  Black and White text only posters are often called "Broadsides" and really have a very evocative appearance because of their detailed text.
