    Description

    Original 1918 World War I poster "Farm Help", 14"x22", printed on card stock, decent condition overall, few cardboard war posters survive even in this condition. This is a very unusual subject, calling on able bodied people in New York State to help with the harvest due to shortage of manpower due to the draft and war effort. This poster was once part of the collecting of the New York State Library at Albany, and there is are imprints at the bottom documenting that. They have a vast collection and I was fortunate to purchase some of their duplicates early in my poster career, c1997. Super rare poster for use in only one locale, and farming related posters are desirable. Will ship flat with multiple cardboards for safety. No overseas shipping on this one, it would be a very large package.
