The poster features a letter from President Wilson to the people of the United States, urging them to lend their money to the war effort. Original unrestored condition, shows horizontal folding lines and minor creases (from a water stain possibly) in the center, smoke free, presentable appearance. Measures overall 22”x31-3/4”.
