    Original WWI "Cardinal Mercier Appeals For More Food" Vintage Rare 1917 Poster
    Large 28" x 21" World War I United States Food Administration
    original propaganda poster. Plastic wrapped with cardboard backing. I have not taken it out of it's protective covering since I acquired it, but it looks to have a large tear on bottom, as well as more minor tears and creases around edges, general age wear.
    "Cardinal Mercier has appealed to the Food Administration for more food for starving millions. Eat
    less wheat - meat - fats and
    sugar. Ship more to the war-stricken people of France - Belgium - Italy". B
