    “This Indenture made the fifteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand and eight hundred and sixty-six Between Amelia Susannah Brooman of Twickenham in the County of Middlesex Widow and sole Executrix of Richard Archibald Brooman late in 166 Fleet Street in the City of London Patent Agent diseased of the one part and Antonio D’Azambuja of N. 100 Rue du Chateu Eau Paris of the Empire of France Merchant of the other part.
