RARE 1548 Calligraphic European Vellum Manuscript - Medieval Renaissance Era

For sale is this beautiful 1546 ornate calligraphic manuscript regarding the area near Tournai and Saint Amand during the Spanish occupation of the Low Countries. This manuscript is entirely handwritten in black ink on a thick vellum. Vellum is a parchment-like writing medium that is made of the light colored skin of an animal that has been tanned and stretched. It was a common medium of medieval documents. This particular work was produced in medieval renaissance era Europe. It appears to have once functioned as some type of legal document. This is an incredible authentic medieval manuscript, and would make a perfect addition to any collection! Don’t pass it up!
Be sure to check over the details and look at all of the photos so you will know exactly what you’ll get!
