The graphic at the center is a yellow and blue flag reading 1918 WSS.
Great bold colors and design.
I spent a lot of time looking for another example of this poster but could only find it in institutional collections like the Smithsonian, the Met, etc.

Condition
While this is in overall good condition for being a disposable item printed on very thin paper, please note the following:
each corner has a pin hole; there are a few minor creases and very small tears, which have been mended with tape on the back; a small stain near the bottom right corner; the back has a penciled inscription of “father at ???”.
