& is signed. I did some research his full name is Rudolph Carl Gorman and he was A Native American from Navajo Nation. He is known as the Picasso of American Indian Artists. He was born July 26

1977. I have compared signatures and they look the same as other artwork I have found of his.
The frame measures 16 inches long by 13 inches tall. I do see a 2 slight
waves
across the picture but does not take away from the beauty of it. Im am sure it can be pressed out, but Im not going to mess with as it is not my area of expertise. Please ask questions, have authenticity confirmed at your expense by person of your choice. I would never post something on eBay and be misleading. I have 100% positive feedback for over 15 years. How I came upon this picture. I have a resale consignment store and it was brought in by a consignor who wants to sell it, he is from the Grove OK area.  I am by no means an art expert, but art does catch my eye and I like to research the artists to learn about their work.

(I am very sensitive to odors) We do not use heavily scented smell good items to make item appear fresher either. You get clean items in good shape. Sometimes we get people that suffer from a bad case BUYERS REMORSE and they play the smell card and use Ebay and Paypal to play games. Remember I've been doing this 15 years and I have seen all the games. Games and Returns Cost everyone money and it gets you added as a blocked buyer.
Shipping- We do not ship on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. We ship the most affordable way unless requested otherwise. We ship how we like to receive items. Packaged with plenty of bubble wrap if needed and tissue paper (non-scented). We do not ship outside the USA. Shipping charges are based on size and weight of package and usually its included in the cost of the item which averages .00 to .00.
