The Certificate Reads As Follows: In Memory of - The World's largest man-made satellite, we dedicate this Certificate to its remembrance. Erected from the Apollo Applications Program in 1966, its 78.6 ton construction, measures out 35.96 meters (118 ft. long), 6.70 meter (22 ft.) in diameter.
