This is a beautiful original graphite on paper by Navajo artist W. Charley. It is of a Navajo woman with necklace. He is known for his Native American drawings in pen and ink, pencil and graphite. This drawing was originally purchased at the "Notah-Dineh Trading Co. and Museum" in the four corners town of
Cortez, Colorado. According to Notah-Dineh they "carry on a time honored tradition of dealing one-to-one with American Indian artists".
Drawing measures 9" by 11". Frame measures 15" by 17". Beautifully triple matted and framed in Southwestern style. Dated 1995.
