World War I Era Original "Linen Backed" Vintage Large Poster. Aimed at enlisting the participation of immigrant communities, this United States Treasury's War Savings Fund raising Campaign Poster depicts immigrants lined up to Buy Savings Stamps from Uncle Sam. You can see a small child proudly waving an American Flag. The artist was Kur, William Balfour. Measures 42 inches wide x 31 1/2 inches high. The image itself measures: 40 inches wide x 30 inches high. Printed in 1917 by Strobridge Litho Company off Cincinnati and New York U.S.A.
