Great design from a classic series of posters for the Army.
Poster measures 41" x 30". Has a few tears to left edge; 1/4" tear to right edge; 1" tear to top edge. Also on upper left center is a small hole and a couple of tiny white spots. Bottom edge has some dark spots which I show in the bottom photo. Vivid colors throughout and no other serious issues. Really nice example.
In 2010 I purchased this along with the dozens of other WWI & WWII posters all from a large and eclectic collection from serious collector here in Connecticut.
